Lovebites 2010

Lovebites is an early intervention program on Healthy/Unhealthy relationships aimed at High School Students in Year 9. The program explores sensitive issues such as Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault in a fun and engaging environment. Lovebites is an award wining program that has been running in the Clarence Valley for the past 5 years sucessfully. Clarence River Women's Refuge and Sexual Assault Services are the lead agencies that provide and finance the program, however the Lovebites Program could not survive without the support of local services such as; the GDVLC, DoCs, Reconnect, Youth Accomodation Service (CVCP); Attorney Generals Dept, Police Youth Liasion Officer, Youth Health Liasion, Eduational Beats, Maclean High, Grafton High and South Grafton High. Over 2010 the Lovebites program will have been delivered to over 400 students across the Valley. Thank you to all the individual people who participate, their services for supporting the program and the young people who enjoy the program! :)
